This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Piscina n. 1 is closed from Thu 31 Oct 2024 until Wed 30 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the extra charge of 17 EUR per person per week. Please note, late check in fee from 8PM to midnight is EURO 30 per reservation, this must be agreed with the property in advance. After midnight is not possible to check in. Managed by a private host
