Die Villa Borwin ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus. Sehr ruhig. Tiefgarage ist per Aufzug erreichbar 👍
Ruhige Lage, trotzdem sehr zentral, 5 Minuten zur Seebrücke, 1 Minute zum Bäcker !!!
Das 'Lichtkonzept' des Wohnzimmers hat noch Luft nach oben💡😉

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, sehr zentral. Sehr komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Tiefgaragenparkplatz war sehr vom Vorteil. Wohnung war über einen Fahrstuhl im Haus zu erreichen.
