Alle-JanNLEen mooie locatie, maar gedateerd met toch wel een aantal tekortkomingen.
De ligging met idd een mooi uitzicht, en op loopafstand van het dorpje en strand. Het zwembad was ideaal voor de kinderen. Het behulpzaam zijn van Kostas. 4 ruime slaapkamers.
