я понимаю что дешево, но все таки вы бы сами жили в таких условиях? можно ведь элементарные вещи сделать…неприятный запах в подъезде, раздутые двери, ужасный паркет…

The hotel is clean and tidy. It is located in good area and and everyone can afford it .
My neighbor of the room was very noisy and I couldn't sleep erlier than 11pm ..The TV could be replaced with a bigger one .
