Singurul avantaj este distanta pana la plaja. 400 m.
păianjeni, mizerie peste tot, curtea neangrijita, mizerie la locul de joaca pentru copiii. Gunoiul dădea pe afară din tomberon.

Distanța până la plajă nu este una foarte mare.
Curățenia lasă de dorit foarte mult, lipsa personalului este o problemă foarte mare. Camerele nu sunt gata la timp și nu sunt conforme.
