Pleasant but improvements needed to be great.
Great service, nice view, good value for money.
Below average bathroom. Hot water lasts less than a minute. Bit strange: animals on the roof are loud & woke me up every day as it echos through the ceiling.

Cleanliness and the view from balcony.
If in the lowest floor, will have to wait for the hot water to arrive for sometime by keeping the tap open.
