電源を入れればいつでも非常に熱いシャワーを浴びることができる。
名前の通り一般家庭に客を泊められるように専用のドアとバスルームのある部屋にホームステイするので運営はプロではない。その影響はイレギュラーなことが起きたときに自分で解決することのできる人なら問題ない。
