A japanese speaking host but no problem, he is friendly and patient, uses translation app and made sure we both understood each other.
Their check-in instructions come in Japanese, so be sure to use the google…

I love that it was a cabin type accommodations.
It is just a bit cold inside but the owner provided two types of heating so that was fixed !
