Bei Ankunft haben wir ein Upgrade erhalten, da das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war. Rezeption- und Restaurant-Service waren exzellent! Große Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider gab es auch Punkte, die uns nicht gefallen…

Das Zimmer war hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Lage ist Dank der St. Zeno Hängebrücke optimal und sehr idyllisch.

Vaya st. Zeno biedt een prachtig uitzicht op Serfaus en de bergen. Het laatste stukje lopen naar de accommodatie is wat stijl voor mensen die slechter ter been zijn. Vriedelijk personeel.
