Sijainti keskeinen, lähellä rautatieasemaa. Rauhallinen ja siisti asunto.
Astioita ei ollut. Suihkukaappi vuoti vedet lattialle. Ei ollut kahvia, teetä eikä sokeria.

Suihkukaappi tosi hankala ja ahdas. Lisäksi suohkukaapin viemäri veti huonosti. Sohva oli rikki.
