Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform property in advance. To provide a healthier environment for our guests, our resort has decided to make our entire property, including balconies, hallways, and patios, completely smoke-free. This also includes (but is not limited to) the garden, the pool area, walkways, and parking lots. Tobacco products include anything that somebody can smoke: cigarets, cigars, pipes, and e-cigarets. The harmful effects of secondhand and thirdhand smoke and the fire dangers caused by smoking are too significant to ignore, and most other hotels and resorts have already adopted this policy. This policy will take effect on May 15, 2024.
