Трохи важкий підйом до будинку на ділянці десь метрів 100, але завдяки цьому ти отримуєш чудовий вид з балкона. На балконі є столик та два стільці. Ліжко велике, комфортне, не скрипуче. У дворі майже не тусили, весь день…
