I liked the view. Also the outside area was okay.
The fans and grill was dirty. There are stains on the beds. The place feels to cramped for four people. Overall wasn't a horrible experience but I do believe a few R100…

Unsafe and unkempt
Nothing that I recall.
The bathroom was very dirty. The gate was always open, so we felt very unsafe, and there was no clear parking space.

place was located at the right place, if the place does a upgrade then it will be a excellent place
near the beach, location
Flat needs proper cleaning.
All the utensils had a bad musky smell.
Bathtub/shower/walls badly molded.
Floor tiles loose.
Gas braai to be replaced.
We were fighting cockcoaches in our food…
