I opted for presidential suite from this property. However, the room and amenities were below average hotel.
There was no proper response from the front desk. It was difficult to communicate to food service/ receptionist…

Staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel was going through a renovation so there was a lot of building work noise. Also the swimming pool was closed.
