地理位置十分便利，距离雪道缆车仅五分钟车程，距离Collalbo 小镇也是五分钟车程，使用Rittencard免费乘坐火车及缆车往返Bolzano 。景色优美，住所停车便利，房间内暖气充足，农庄里有各种动物，小朋友非常喜欢。
