慧美TW門口服務人員沒有引導，連停車場在哪裡也沒有指示，進入大門後標示也不清楚，還要看小小的地圖才找到僅存一個的停車位。
每個活動都要再加錢，以2人房9千多元的房價，實在太離譜。
服務人員普遍沒有禮貌，設施老舊又都間隔遙遠。
隔音太差，無法充分休息。

何TW服務人員都很親切，一開始的房型過於西曬（天氣剛好正熱），提出需求也直接幫忙更換房型。房間很大很乾淨。
戶外設施建議要多維護，雖然是森林遊樂區但是設施過於老舊以及例如上面很多蜘蛛網之類的
Tung YingTW早餐好吃，雖然選擇不多但口味好吃且份量很足，對吃副食品的寶寶來說也提供了足夠多的選擇讓他探索與飲食
設備略顯老舊，且冬季可使用的設備與設施與夏季比吸引度明顯有段落差，不過老渡假村要改善可能有點困難就是
