The location is just great.
The owner is really kind and friendly.
If you visit in the summer time, it gets way too hot and really loud at night.
I would rather recommend this location during autumn or spring.

We had an awesome stay. The convenience of ease of entry with all the action at your doorstep.
Location was awesome. Easy access to get to with awesome sunrises right out your balcony. The boat mariner/sea views were great for people watching with a nice glass of wine!
