Please note that there is a 1.98% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card and a 3.3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Shearwater Resort in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that reception hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 9:00 until 17:00. Saturday-Sunday 9:00 until 13:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
