Has a great living space and good sized bedrooms. Very comfortable. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well equipped. Great location.

The beds were very comfortable. The location perfect for the beach and New World. The view from the deck of Mt Maunganui and the sunset were spectacular.

It was all very easy and comfortable. Plenty of space for myself and my son for a relaxing stay.
Could not use electrical devices (hair straightener) in bathroom, and few accessible plugs around the house.
