Please inform Turtle Cay Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Daily resort fee is due at check-in and includes: - Guest Internet access - Self-parking 1 car - Select Daily Activities - Steam room and Sauna - Sports Equipment (Tennis and shuffleboard) -Beginning May 8, 2023, we anticipate the guest room balconies to undergo renovation. As a result, these balconies will be inaccessible to Guests. During the project, Turtle Cay Resort’s other on-site amenities will remain available, including those located at Beach Quarters Resort. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation. A deposit may be required at the property.
