عند الحجز أكدت عليهم ان اخذ غرف الفله وعند الوصول جلست مايقارب 1.20 ساعه وعشرون دقيقه انتظر برغم ان وصولي الساعه 2.30 ظهراً وهذا الموعد التي تم التاكيد عليه في تسليم الغرف ولكن سو تصرف وعدم اهتمام بالعميل والحجز عن طريق…
