According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, clients must present their Identification Papers/ Passport of each passenger and children must provide their ID card or birth certificate at check-in. Room rate is based on 2 adults only. Maximum 2 children under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Any additional child will be charged an extra fee. Children from 6-11 years old will be charged VND 125,000/night/child for breakfast directly at the reception upon check-in when using existing beds. Children from 12 years old and above should be considered as adult, extra bed inclusive breakfast is 400.000 VNĐ/ night for the buffet breakfast. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Guests are to pay the surcharge at the reception upon check-in. Pet are strictly not allowed at the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
