Cockroaches and dated hotel
Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it was pretty disappointing…. As soon as we got to the room the sink was leaking, the safe was not working and the hotel is very worn down… it needs a serious paint job and furniture…

The property offers shuttle service from the airport (surcharge) to the pier, and private speedboat transfers from the airport to Maafushi for USD 185 one-way, or USD 333 round trip. Guests must book airport and/or private boat transfers in advance. Public ferry service from Male to Maafushi is also available at 3 PM for USD 2 per person (1.5 hour trip), returning to Male at 7:30 AM; there is no ferry service on Fridays. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory one-way shuttle transfer fees for guests ages 9-17.
