בית מרווח ונקי מיושן בקטע טוב כזה של בית של סבא וסבתא משנות השמונים. בעיה בWiFi כמעט שאין קליטה.
בעל הבית זמין ואדיב, עוזר במה שצריך ונותן הרגשה מאד טובה. הבית מאד נגיש לוולוס מרחק של 10 דק נסיעה באוטו למרכז העיר.
