If you book from online platform like booking.com then they provide cheap, congested and uncomfortable room. And when you book from offline price then they provide their best (not the best) room.

Location is good.
Room has central AC and the AC ducts are extremely dirty which creates a smell in the room. Rooms have two different types of AC and they only work for certain parts of the day.
Towels are not clean.

Room smelled horrible, towels were dirty, I would not even use that towel for my dog.
Washrooms were leaky, room temperature during the day was high and room was humid.
