Good connectivity
Location is the only added advantage.
They don't serve good breakfast, they don't provide hot water kettle and likewise tea coffee sachets, nor do they give complimentary water bottle.

The hotel staff was courteous enough. The place was clean enough. Their breakfast was not so good.
The rooms had no balconies.
