The rooms were not serviced and there was a dirty towel left in the bathroom from a previous guest.

Updated in rooms and hallways. Breakfast was adequate and appreciated. Smelled fresh and clean. AC was cold and frig/microwave was clean.
Building looks a bit rough from the outside but a pleasant surprise inside.
