1. 接待服務態度佳
2. 房間有淡淡菸味，開窗空氣會好一點
3. 浴室容易積水，洗完澡後需要很多很多時間排水
4. 門上的門栓壞掉，無法上鎖
5. 隔音欠佳，容易吵到其他住戶
Chang Wei菸味超重
整個走廊全是菸味，躲在房間裡也不完全擋得住
Changhsing乾淨是最大優點，有架高地板致天花板有點壓迫，沒車位附近也不好停車
