英雄館感覺規模頗大 這可從導遊/團體人進人出可看出 也因此服務人員或許對業務熟稔 在有效率與sop流程下 我覺得服務人員似乎有點冷冰 對於"個別旅客或小家庭"更是明顯 感覺出遊的興緻因此被沖淡了
