The wooden chair is a bit wobbly,maybe can change new one or send to carpenter to tighten the bolt.
Suggestion to put battery in a clock and hang it.

I travel to Kajang fairly often in the last year I have done at least 6 trips staying between MKH Boulevard and MKH Boulevard 2 with a preference however of the apartments I have stayed…

The place is very clean and the bed is comfortable.
Would be good to replace broken hooks inside bathroom to hang clothes.

There’s a bit of an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom.
