Nothing. Though we had a booking we were turned down with the excuse that they were sold out. Totally unacceptable. We had to find a different hotel.

The staff were really nice and changed our room immediately when we requested them.
The picture is misleading as they don’t have any OYO banner. It says “Elgin halls and banquets”. The walls of the rooms have paints…
