AndyTricky check-in
Check-in was a little confusing. I entered the building with no problems but then had no idea what to do next. I didn't have an apartment number. I had to chat in the lobby on WhatsApp and also provide a photo of my…
DebriniaThe Torre Zurich Luxury was excellent, great communication 👏 the place was clean and easy to get around. A mall is located right across the street which made shopping easy.
JessicaGreat place to stay. A towel was a little stained and the balcony door has no handle so you would always have to open the door by pressing your hands on the glass door. The hotel charges an additional fee for cleaning…
ConnieConvenient location
We have stayed here before on a different floor. This apartment was very spacious, great wifi, comfy beds and bedding. Shower gets hot. One block away from a huge mall that had a grocery store. Host was super helpful and…

If you are traveling with a child your property may require you to present the following documents: Parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Columbian visitors) upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.
What we’d check for you here
- That the step-free room is actually free on your dates, and whether it is a roll-in shower or a bath, which the listing never says.
- Whether there is room for a pickup, a trailer or a van, not just a car.
- Whether the rate moves for your dates, and what it includes.
- What the property actually charges at the desk on top of the rate.
Questions about Torre Zurich Luxury
Does Torre Zurich Luxury allow pets?
No — the property states that pets are not allowed.
Is there parking at Torre Zurich Luxury?
Parking is listed among the property's facilities. Whether it's free and whether a space can be reserved varies, so we check it against your dates rather than promise it here.
Does Torre Zurich Luxury have Wi-Fi?
Yes — internet access is listed among the property's facilities.
Does Torre Zurich Luxury have wheelchair accessible rooms?
The property lists step-free or accessible facilities. That flag is the one least able to settle the question: a hotel can carry it and still have a step at the entrance, or a bath rather than a roll-in shower, and it does not say whether the accessible room is free on your dates. Tell us what you need and we'll ask the property directly rather than reading you the flag.
How do I book Torre Zurich Luxury?
Put your dates in above and book online, or call (888) 789-8585 and we'll do it for you — including things a booking form can't handle, like a block of rooms, a monthly rate or an invoice for your employer.
