The kitchen and the location.
There are some room issues like loose towel hooks and wobbly toilet paper holder. And the big window in the dining area allowed water onto the floor during the heavy rain we experienced.

Horrible customer service! Room smelled bad, wall falling apart near bathroom, no privacy could see through my windows on ground floor. I left and went to another hotel!
