夜遅くにチェックインしましたが、嫌な顔一つせずとても親切に対応していただきました！また、そのスタッフさんは外国の方でしたがとても日本語が上手でした。
1階のツインルームに泊まったのですが、お部屋も綺麗だったし、スーツケースを広げられるほどのスペースもありました。枕元に読書灯とコンセントもあり、すごくよかったです。

駅から近いし、清潔だし、シャワー室も広いし、タオルやコーヒーが無料と、総合的には申し分ないのに、ことばの問題が気になりました。まず、到着時の受付のお兄さんの日本語がよく分からないし、こちらの質問が聞き取れたないみたい。あれは、とりあえず部屋や浴室や食堂などの使い方の説明を丸暗記させて、全部頭から言うように訓練されている感じで、日本語力の高くない従業員の教育として最悪のやりかた。…
