There was a very good Italian restaurant, & free parking in the front ( as long as you got there before 4 or 5 pm due to the summer concerts next to the place).

Spacious, comfortable, well laid out. Lovely views of the harbour. Only 15 mins to Reykjavík.
No dedicated parking. Music Festival next door at the time we went meant finding a parking space tricky sometimes.
