Nu sunt instalate plase la geamuri. Nu au fost țânțari, dar au intrat păianjeni.

Proprietatea este foarte frumoasă și bine îngrijită, cu multă verdeață, grătar în aer liber și multă liniște. Chaletul este decorat cu mult bun gust in stil rustic.
