今回１１人で利用しました。
全員でパーティーができるほど大きなリビングでした
また４月初旬とはいえ北海道の日陰には雪が残るような気温でしたが、到着時には家全体が温めてあり、室内では半袖で過ごせるほど快適でした
これといってないのですが、やはり住宅街なので札幌中心地へのアクセスはあまりよくないと感じましたので、その辺を納得したうえで利用するのであれば、快適に過ごせるホテルです
