Poor maintenance, needs better up keep. Stain carpet throughout the building with a horrible smell. Pillows smell like old sweat. Entrance and building falling apart. Gym was unkept. Multiple machines out of service.…

Everything is old and rundown the company Bel-Air is saying this is a luxury place. It’s far from luxury. Everything is stuck in the 70s including the pool chairs two just not happy with the facility at all
DonnaWe have stayed here at least once a year for the last 15 years and have always had a great experience. I was a little disappointed that I didn't really have hot water for a shower and there was no hair dryer or safe in…
JoanChecking was confusing - had to go to the main lobby in order to get room keys.

What we’d check for you here
- How many rooms they will hold at once, for how long, and on what terms.
- That the step-free room is actually free on your dates, and whether it is a roll-in shower or a bath, which the listing never says.
- That the desk is staffed when you land, and that the room is held past cut-off.
- Whether there is room for a pickup, a trailer or a van, not just a car.
- Whether breakfast is in the rate or added at checkout, and what time it runs.
- Whether the rate moves for your dates, and what it includes.
- What the property actually charges at the desk on top of the rate.
Questions about The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock
What time is check-in and check-out at The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you're arriving late, tell us and we'll ask the property to hold the room.
Does The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock allow pets?
Yes — the property states that pets are allowed. Size, number and fee are set by the property rather than by us, so say you're bringing a pet when you book and we'll confirm the terms before anything is charged.
Is there parking at The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock?
Parking is listed among the property's facilities. Whether it's free and whether a space can be reserved varies, so we check it against your dates rather than promise it here.
Does The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock have a pool?
Yes — a pool is listed among the property's facilities. Seasonal closures are common, so we'll confirm it's open for your dates.
Is breakfast included at The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock?
Breakfast is offered at the property. Whether it's included depends on the rate — the board type is shown on each room once you put your dates in.
Does The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock have Wi-Fi?
Yes — internet access is listed among the property's facilities.
Can I book a block of rooms at The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock?
The property lists meeting and banquet space, which usually means it handles group business — but how many rooms it will hold at once, for how long, and at what rate are set case by case and are not in any feed. Tell us the dates and the number of rooms and we'll get those terms from the property in writing before anything is charged.
Does The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock have wheelchair accessible rooms?
The property lists step-free or accessible facilities. That flag is the one least able to settle the question: a hotel can carry it and still have a step at the entrance, or a bath rather than a roll-in shower, and it does not say whether the accessible room is free on your dates. Tell us what you need and we'll ask the property directly rather than reading you the flag.
Can I check in late at The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock?
The property lists a front desk staffed 24 hours, so a late arrival should be possible. Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM. Rooms are still released after a cut-off at some properties regardless of the desk hours, so tell us your arrival time and we'll have them hold it.
How do I book The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock?
Put your dates in above and book online, or call (888) 789-8585 and we'll do it for you — including things a booking form can't handle, like a block of rooms, a monthly rate or an invoice for your employer.
