The room was cheap, large and clean, had a good location in the town centre, and Colm is a really nice man.
But sadly that’s where it ends. I’m not used to leaving negative reviews and I’m sorry to have to say it, but…

Extremely large room and very comfortable bed. Colm was a lovely host and made the check in and out process easy for a late notice booking
Not a huge fan of carpet in the bathroom
DamienIEPerfect, cheap as chips, the extra cleaning charges on Air BnB are more in some places.
The location could not have been better between the train station and the town centre.
I knew in advance that there was no en suite, so it didn't bother me as it was set up like a guest house.
