清潔で静か。洗濯機、電子レンジ、IHコンロなどがあり、簡単な調理ができるところが良かった。冷暖房、洗濯機、テレビなどのリモコンや操作パネルは、韓国語のみの表示のため、韓国語が分からないと、google lens などの翻訳ソフトに頼る必要があり不便だった。
