We were there for Royal Ascot so the only thing we missed was a full length mirror 🪞 😉

Welcoming host, very accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable. Great location for a range of attractions.
The door going straight out onto the garden meant there was less than ideal privacy.

Sarah is lovely, the studio is tucked away in a quiet location. The beds is amazing as was the air conditioner Sarah provided, much needed with the recent heatwave.

The fridge is really noisy - probably no louder than other fridges but…

Liked the off street parking . Room was clean and well equipped.
Had to ask for the fridge to be turned off as it was very noisy. Entrance was unusual, through a boot room.
