In the absence of a valid photo identification proof, the hotel can refuse a guest to check-in. Hotel does not allow unmarried couples to check-in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies the check-in under such circumstances. Pan card will no longer be accepted as an identity proof. Only passport, EPIC card / voter's ID, Aadhar Card or driving licence is accepted for Indian guests. For foreign nationals: Valid passport and visa are required. An ID card of each and every occupant is required. Please note that the Swimming Pool and Gym will remain closed from 1st July 2026 until further notice.
