Spa treatments and selected weekly activities are subject to availability and require advance booking. Please contact our reservations team for further information. Credit Card & Authorization: Non-refundable rate plans requiring credit card prepayment are charged shortly after the booking is confirmed. For security purposes, the credit card used at the time of booking must match the name of the registered guest and be presented upon check-in. If the cardholder is not among the checking-in guests, a Credit Card Authorization Form will be required before the booking is confirmed. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of IDR 500,000 per room per night is held from the guest's credit card upon check-in, capped at IDR 2,000,000 per room for the duration of the stay. This deposit covers incidental charges billed to the room during the stay. Upon check-out, incidental charges may be settled by any accepted payment method, after which the security deposit is instructed to be released.
