Stay away from this place!
Absolutely horrendous right from the start. Pretty obvious that they do not like the British. Our room was disgraceful.. dirty and stained bed linen.. sockets which kept tripping.. curtains falling off the rails..…

Terrible experience — rude, unprofessional staff and poor hygiene.
I was left waiting for over 5 hours while they claimed my booking didn’t exist, then said it was cancelled, even though I had my confirmation in hand. The way I was treated felt racist, humiliating, and dismissive.

The hotel was rated as 5 stars but unfortunately compared with 5 stars in Turkey and Thailand its a max of 4. The staff were friendly enough but not overly helpful , maybe because it was the end of season.
