On arrival given room key which didn’t work call reception lady came to open the door she couldn’t taken to another room her key still didn’t work finally got another key the next day the keys still didn’t work had 3 in…

IanThe room cramped the tv remote didn't work the loo didn't flush,no chair to do your make up and very noisey during the night from guest in the next room.Not a good stay,but the staff were friendly and polite.
