Very comfortable hotel . My only concern was I was on the top floor and there was no lift. If I were to stay again I would request the lower floors. The owners were very friendly and the over all stay was comfortable.

PeterHave stayed here before and location is fairly central on prom. Nice views of prom and pier/orme from room. Just breakfast and no parking provided but convenient hotel for most needs.
