Fantastic location, a stones throw from the beach. Despite being close to the prom and steps, didn't feel at all overlooked or bothered by that. Pool table was a nice touch, and liked that I got a call to check on the…

Brilliant location for our first Christmas away
Self catering, excellent facilities and close to everything you could need. Train, bus, we used both.
Close to our favourite places, Cromer, Holt and Norwich.
Not much.
