先日6泊利用しました。部屋は良かったのですが、レセプションの対応がかなり適当でした。シーツ交換をお願いしても変えてくれなかった日が2回もありました。綺麗にしてもらったベッドで寝るのを楽しみにしていたのに、部屋も汚れたままでとても残念でした。
