皆プロフェッショナルな接客をしてくれます。こちらが話しかける前にどうなさいましたか、と伺いに来てくれるなど丁寧な対応をして下さいました。
私もホテル業ですが、サービスが行き届いていて素晴らしい。日本語スタッフがいるかはわかりません。しかし、言葉は関係ないと思います。特別感を味わえる場所でした。

早い時間だがチェックインができるとエクスペディアの方に電話で確認を取ったのに人はおらず鍵も閉まっていないのでだれて入れるセキュリティでした。バスルームもトイレにシャワーノズルがついたようなものでした。チェックインもできないし、清潔感もなかったため別のホテルを取り直しました。

Great location. Everything you need is just a short walk away. Bus stops are close. Train stations are close. Host is amazing and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in…

홍대 중심거리에 있고 아늑한분위기
다 좋은데 투숙객 3명이서 4층라운지에서 술마시며 떠드는것을 제지하지 않으시더군요. 덕분에 소음이 조금 심하였습니다.
