JManager was very rude and not welcoming at all. Made us feel unwelcome.
NicThe whole experience was very bizarre. We couldn’t get a hold of the hotel to confirm check in (as mention on our itinerary it was essential to do) however none of the numbers provided worked, finally got thru via email…
